The innovation event Rebuild 2021, has resolved its awards this year by naming Zennio as the winner in the category of "Interior Design and User Experience Project".

Thanks to the presentation of the integral reform of the Claudio Coello, 108 development, the KNX home automation company has had the opportunity to show its technological solutions and its project management capacity.

Zennio, together with Constructora SANJOSE, was present from the beginning of the project, providing the most advanced KNX home automation to this imposing building with avant-garde design that houses 13 luxury homes. The objective: To offer its owners the best experience combined with the most modern aesthetics.

Among its most outstanding solutions, the Z41 COM touch screens stand out, which allow a smart home control and the link with the GetFace IP video intercom. This screen, in addition to controlling the lighting, the blinds and the climate, offers the user access to all the functions through the smartphone, through the Z41 Remote app.
Zennio's energy saving solutions have been key to its development, and have helped to minimize the environmental footprint. From the motion sensors to efficiently manage the lighting, the climate control for rooms, to the performance scenes, they have made a difference when it comes to rehabilitating the building.
