Duscholux, a pioneering company and leader in the manufacture of made-to-measure shower enclosures, has renewed the general management of its Iberian subsidiary, placing Marcos Torras Romero at its head.
Torras is an expert in Management, Leadership and Communication, and has more than 20 years of professional experience in companies from different sectors (consumer goods such as Arbora & Ausonia or PanricoDonuts, and Professional Markets such as Fischer or Industrias Titan), where he has successfully led global transformation projects, both organisational and business.
In his new role as CEO of DUSCHOLUX, Marcos Torras will be in charge of redesigning and leading the company's global strategy, driving innovation, sustainability, digitalisation and operational excellence, as well as strengthening relationships with customers and strategic partners. He will also be responsible for developing a new culture and work environment that is even more collaborative, growth-oriented and change-driven.
